Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Projects Plus (“the app”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Projects Plus on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service and these terms.

Acceptable use

• Use the app lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including quotes, payments, staff records and invoices.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data and documents you create in the app. You are responsible for maintaining your own records and backups as required for your business and tax obligations.

Payments and subscriptions

Projects Plus is free to download. Any paid plans or in-app purchases are processed by Apple under the App Store terms. Prices and inclusions are shown in-app at the time of purchase.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”. Projects Plus is a tool to help you manage your work; it is not financial, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for verifying figures and meeting your obligations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
